NAOTECH LLC ("we") is a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA. This page describes what we collect through naotech.top and what we do with it.
What we collect
Contact form submissions. If you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, your company name if you choose to provide it, and the content of your message. We collect nothing else through the form — there is no tracking pixel, no analytics script and no advertising identifier on this site.
Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request information, including IP address and user agent, for security and abuse prevention. We use your IP address to rate-limit the contact form so it cannot be used to send bulk mail.
Theme preference. Your light or dark mode choice is stored in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device and we cannot read it.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, and to evaluate whether we can help with what you have asked about. That is the entire purpose. Under the GDPR our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated.
Who else sees it
Contact form messages are delivered by Resend, our transactional email provider, and received in a Zoho Mail mailbox. Both process the message in order to deliver it. The site is served by our hosting provider.
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or add you to a mailing list. We have no mailing list.
How long we keep it
Correspondence is retained for as long as there is a live or plausible business relationship, and deleted after three years of no contact. Server logs are retained according to our hosting provider's standard retention period.
Your rights
If you are in the EU, EEA or UK you have the right to access, correct, delete, export or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to it. Email contact@naotech.top and we will action it. We do not require a specific form of words.
You may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
Security
Data in transit is encrypted. Access to the mailbox is restricted to company personnel and protected by multi-factor authentication. We will tell affected individuals without undue delay if a breach is likely to put their rights at risk.
Changes
Material changes to this policy will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.
