Measure before you claim
An AI pipeline without an evaluation harness is a demo. A cost saving without attribution is a guess. If we cannot show you the number, we will not put it in a slide.

Own it in production
We prefer engagements where we keep operating what we build. Code that someone has to carry a pager for gets written differently.

Boring where it counts
Clever architecture is what somebody decodes at 3am during an incident. We spend novelty where it earns something and nowhere else.

Say the inconvenient thing
If the project should be smaller, the model is not worth the cost, or the thing you asked for will not solve the problem you described, you will hear it early.
